Michael Pollan journalist who’s written widely on health food and nutrition for 20 years has recently made an article "Unhappy Meals" was recently published by The New York Times. This article mainly talks about malnutrition and how its affecting the American people in their health. Throughout this article Pollan gives a lot of factual evidence about how process foods have a connection with hearth failures and even shows us statistics to prove his main reason across. Micheal does stress three things a lot, one is that you should be eating less, With more and more people consuming almost twice the average of what they should be consuming this is rapidly becoming a problem nation wide. Another is that you should be eating the real food, like plants or vegetables, not the process foods. The third thing he also mentions is that you should avoid the super market, why? we might ask ourselves? well because on of any super markets all you will most likely to see process foods that have been store for months. Although Micheal's Pollans article "Unhappy Meals" has been published by The New York Times and has been read thousands of times by people but they seem to still don't recognize that if we keep eating the way we are right now we might soon have a bigger food health problem in the future.
